Welcome to CupidBoost! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CupidBoost website, application, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using CupidBoost, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use CupidBoost.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that you can legally enter into these Terms.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and keep it up to date.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of Service

CupidBoost provides AI-powered analysis of dating profile photos and information.
You may not upload any of the following:

  • Sexual, pornographic, or explicit content.

  • Content that is violent, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal.

  • Images you do not have the rights to use.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • CupidBoost offers free, Basic, and Pro subscription tiers.

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.

  • All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • We may change pricing or plans with prior notice.

5. Fair Use Policy

  • While Basic and Pro subscriptions are marketed as “unlimited,” CupidBoost operates a Fair Use Policy to protect service quality and prevent abuse.

  • We may enforce daily or rate-based limits if your usage is significantly higher than that of a typical customer (e.g., automated usage, bot traffic, or excessive concurrent requests).

  • Free users are strictly limited to the number of analyses shown in their account. Credits are deducted when an analysis starts, even if you cancel before completion.

  • If suspicious or abusive activity is detected, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate your account.

6. Data & Privacy

  • Photos are processed temporarily for analysis and are not permanently stored.

  • Non-identifiable data (such as scores, ratings, and feedback text) may be stored.

  • Reviews submitted by users may also be stored.

7. Third-Party Services

CupidBoost relies on trusted third-party providers, including but not limited to:

  • OpenAI for AI-based analysis.

  • Supabase for database and authentication.

  • Stripe for payments.

  • Lovable for platform hosting and infrastructure.

We are not responsible for issues caused by these providers, but we take steps to ensure they are secure.

8. Disclaimers

  • CupidBoost provides profile analysis and tips as guidance only.

  • We do not guarantee increased matches, success in dating, or specific outcomes.

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CupidBoost is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account or the Stripe customer portal.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service, violate these Terms, or breach the Fair Use Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
